Pros
the company it's self is good company. Especially if you are fresh out of school or are looking to starting a career in freight forwarding and logistics
Cons
BDP is set up as an assembly line type of work, you do one thing, the same thing, alllll day long. There is really no room for growth, training, or promotions. Unless of course, you are part of the "popular crowd" or for better words, team leads and up the ladder. Upper managements such as team leads, assistant managers, managers and above are all one big group of friends, think of them as the "mean girls" in high school. If one of them does not like you, the others will not either. They will make your life miserable to tie your hands and force you to quick. They are all in intimate relationships with each other, which is against company policy. working at BDP was like reliving high school all over again. Between the cliques, bullies, and "mean girls" it makes it horrible.
