Pros
Did you mess up and pick a bad major in college? Low GPA, no internships? This is a solid place to get some work experience and leave after 2 years. If you have a Bachelor's degree and can't find anything else, this is an OK option. If you don't have a degree this is a pretty good entry level position. Be ready to be overwhelmed for the first 6 months until you understand most of what the position entails. The location is great and everyone is pretty cool. I will certainly miss the people I worked with. A fun place to work once the workday is over (the Christmas Party is awesome).
Cons
The starting salary is low and the salary stays low. The company made more profit each year I was there and I didn't see any of that money. Imagine if the company wasn't doing well? Do 1 year at BDP and update your LinkedIn. Middle management guilt's you into working unpaid overtime. This varies from client to client, but I have certainly seen and experienced this much too often. The HR department is a mess. Lots of turnover in this area. When I left they were on their 3rd Director in a year.
