- tons of gossips and cliques (if you don’t fit in or get along with the people, coworkers will try to get you fired) - BDP university has barely nothing to do with what you’re actually doing - constant yelling and arguing towards other coworkers - having to train NEW people even though your new - BEWARE!!! IF YOU HAVE A 401K WITH THEM AND LEAVE THE COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE BACK THE COMPANY MATCH - If you opt out of medical, THEY STILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR PAYCHECK FOR MEDICAL - tons of constant new people (rarely have anyone working there for over a year) - if you ask people what they do, 90% will say they have never talked to anyone and they don’t know what they’re doing - only opportunity to grow is to become lead
