Cons
One day you can be informed that you are fired effective immediately, without even being allowed to notify your teammates that you are no longer part of the company.
Despite an initial promise to pay one month in advance, the company later refused to do so, claiming that an internal audit showed I had not worked as much as they expected. Changing the termination justification after the fact feels unprofessional and unfair.
This used to be a great place to work, even with a hybrid work policy. You could manage your time efficiently and enjoy some flexibility once your tasks were completed. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case.
Today, physical presence in the office seems to matter more than actual results. If you are not in the office for a fixed number of hours, you are considered a poor employee - regardless of client satisfaction or delivered outcomes.
