      During busy times can feel constrained with resources. Still figuring out right mix of employees and contractors for growth.

      Pros

      Beesy Strategy is a fantastic company. Blending a mix of Market Research with Behavioral sciences. The people are smart and work together as a team. If you are looking for something that takes Market Research to the next level, I highly recommend a career with Beesy.

      Cons

      The only con for me was not being able to see the team in person other than on Zoom calls. However, I do enjoy the flexibility of working from home.
