Pros
Modern, central and fun head office. Great pension. Strong maternity package. Solid management team, who are approachable and open to new ideas. Opportunities for progression. Flexible- where roles allow
Cons
A new (ish) company so still finding their feet with some systems and process, but they are open to change and feedback. Because of this, it is important that every one is on board and willing to put in the extra work that it takes to develop a new (ish) company but hard work is recognized and rewarded.
