      Amazing staff with a friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      Pay is rarely reviewed for in office staff. Not much progression. Company has gone from a nice family feel to very corporate over past few years. Clear that staff are just numbers now.

      Nice offices Great people Excellent perks and benefits

      Cons

      Lack of progress and development for certain roles unless you’re of significant value to the business. The electrical division are a sickening, sycophantic sales engine who will sell their souls for a purchase order and do anything to win a new contract.
