Pros
The strength of the company comes from their employees. Young passionate individuals who promote diversity and come from different backgrounds. There is so much potential if driven in the right way and with good management. The products are interesting and helpful for entrepreneurs and could evolve further. The office location is in a prime Soder spot.
Cons
The pay-range is under the median in Stockholm and there is no relation to Swedish environment. Projects are bouncy and you have hardly any support by management or tools to go forward. If you are looking to be integrated in Sweden and for a structured work environment, it is not the right place. The company’s employees turnover is quite high and many employees are on long stress-leave due to the lack of good management and clear directions. The company doesn’t promote co-workers ideas and internal evolution except a very restricted circle of management who is treated by the manner. The upper management is aware of the multiple HR issues at all levels and does not take any actions to improve work conditions and help employees. The CS team which is the biggest team in the company is micro-managed and with no empathy to co-workers. When agents give feedback or express their inspiration for professional growth, it is taken as a personal attack and they are turned down with no solutions. Many People in the team are used until they burnout completely or leave the company as it is so overwhelming and hard mentally to work in such a stressful and toxic environment.
