Pros
There are a few very nice co-workers there
Cons
Worst place I've ever worked. Chaotic working conditions; the agency underbids every project and the project managers will tell you every day that everyone needs to be "efficient" when they mean they want you to underbill. On the back end, the project managers scrutinize every line of your timesheet and have no shame in rejecting it and accusing you of having not worked that long on the project you billed (when in fact you worked even longer on it). If you're a writer, expect to be treated very badly. Enormous disconnect between finance, the PMs, and the creatives. Nasty, condescending editors, and lazy, inexperienced art directors who make many, many, many preventable mistakes and expect the copywriters to fix their work. If you're an editor, art director, or project manager, it's a sweet gig, as you don't have to do very much and you are accountable for nothing. But if you're a writer or account executive, you will be miserable, underpaid, and disrespected at the BGB Group on a daily basis
