Pros

Great management for ICs. My director is attentive and responsive to requests for support or insight. Collaboration within our team is always a focus, which helps us drive business. Cross team interactions are needed for success and in most cases it’s provided in a timely manner.

Cons

Leadership is a bit detached from what drives the desk level. Basic sales enablement tools are slow to be implemented, but we make up for that with our developing partnerships in our leading markets. It’s sales, so it’s always what you make of it.

Clear communication: Expectations and next steps were explained in a way that made the process feel smooth. Supportive team interactions: Kristy and Daryl were both very helpful throughout the entire onboarding experience. Their guidance made the process feel welcoming. Patient I‑9 assistance: Daryl showed exceptional patience during the I‑9 portion, making what can be a stressful step feel manageable. Organized training materials: Resources were easy to follow and provided a solid foundation for getting started.

Streamlined documentation: Some materials could be consolidated or updated to reduce repetition.

Pros

Very helpful while I was on a contract. Called regularly to see if I had any questions, concerns, etc.

Cons

When my contract with the client suddenly ended, they stopped communication. Never followed back up to find me another assignment. Just felt abandoned.
