8yThank you for your feedback! This is the only way we will get better. Through the past two years we have collected feedback from our employees so we can put new changes in place where needed. We never want our employees to feel the way you did. We want them to have a work life balance and have a purpose. BHC RHODES continues to stay competive with our compensation packages. Many changes have taken place to help with work load, communication company wide as well as individual groups. We grew very fast with many lessons to learn. The great thing is the owners and managers care. We care enough to make the changes we need to and apologize when someone feels the way you did. BHC wishes you all the best and thank you again for your feedback. We are getting better each day and will continue to do so.
