      Potluck lunch for the holidays so be ready to spend $20+ on your contribution

      Cons

      This hole in the wall warehouse is a dying mom and pop shop that you don't want to work for. If you enjoy being watched every second & micromanaged to death this is for you. There is no consistency with the way ANYTHING is handled. They will even argue with each other on who's right and what to do when it's not that difficult to figure out if you were a real company with structure and standards there would be no questions. Take heed to the reviews and work somewhere else. The low pay, stress and 30 minute lunches not worth it. They will ask you to take work home with no extra pay.

      It's been 5 years since this was posted. We've come a long way in our operations and procedures. We've always had a process but we've fine tuned it and made it better and better every year. The team and our customers are our priority focus. We continue to get stronger every year. Our Google and FB reviews will attest to that. We wish you the best in your endeavors.

      Pros

      Pros, well i guess you could say parking, since they dont have many customers.

      Cons

      Poorly maintained/ rundown equipment and computers. No sense of order or direction. The owner is overly involved while being very inexperienced, wich undermines the front office staff infront of clients, as well as not understanding how a screenprinting shop operates in the production area either. The company owner has a reputation that preceeds her. Consider talking to others in the industry, i think you will find this environment is highly unstable.

      Over 7 years later we continue to thrive and get better and stronger. We continue to move forward with focus, endurance, intentionality and patience. As for the name change it was to elevate our customer base, from Bone Head Graphics to BHG Printing for Success. It worked. We hope you're doing well and are thriving too.
