      Great for people in the industry, even better for those that come from other sales environments Uncapped commission structure Relaxed environment, casual dress, NO MICROMANAGING permanent and contract placements

      Cons

      It takes a few months to really get your pipeline filled with business.

      Pros

      Awesome company culture - fun and very generous company events - high income potential - flexibility to work all areas of technology, throughout the nation - unbeatable technology and resources to help us recruit the best candidates - amazing leaders - great work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of cons, but the job is 100% commission, sales cycle can be long, company will give a draw based on your experience. Company culture has changed from inception, more focused on growth.
