No value you become DEAD tree even if you stretch to grow. If you looking for learning for just few years it’s ok. Now I’m working in Banglore with german niche company it’s good comparable with bhtc high LEVEL stress work environment

Location shifting from Chinchwadgaon to Bhosri all industrial area and blue collar. People who want good career growth this is not the place. They give increments once good once bad. But huge pressure on unplanned project demands. If you join be careful to save yourself you will have huge project pressures.
