      Processes and tools to run business are extremely well. In depth climate control product exposure. Excellent learning platform through multiple trainings (LinkedIn, success factor, on job trainings, etc.) Best infrastructure to work.

      Cons

      Not really much cons as best place to learn, work and experienced.
