      Pros

      Busy , got to use my mind and ability to take care of all chemicals going into the building and the waste going out and taking care of disposal of hazardous waste

      Company closed the plant in Southern California so no work left

      Pros

      The hours were very decent compared to local companies. The international experience was valuable as I was exposed to all levels of management.

      Cons

      The company was very lean. No growth opportunities to move into different departments. Company ended up moving everything to Mexico to take advantage of NAFTA.
