Pros
Interesting subjects to work on with industry leaders. A lot of travelling to attend trade show and represent the industry. Nice offices in downtown location.
Cons
Hire and fire is easy. Small organization with a lot of politics and back stabbing. The previous president was never in the office and spent the organization's resources on travels that were not necessary. Upper management read all the emails of the employees. More than half of the employee were fired in 24 months. Stay away!!
