They will kick you out in a sec if you complain. manager is never there for you, he is on constant vacation and never want to listen your suggestions or make changes. There is noone else to go to for help. It only the manager and HR but HR is a joke, he is not a decision maker. He is never neutral and will take sides. He will mention all your private concerns to others behind your back. There is only one manager\superviser who is away for most of the year.
This company would rather bring their own French people to work in US vs to pay local workers. French people dont have work authorization here is US but they work in Biotrial and NJ people are laid off or let go. They don't care about you cause they can alway replace you with those from France. There are some very unprofessional and very rude people. Call recrutment to find out.but manager is ok with that.
