Pros
Small, privately held company with really great technology. You get to know the support staff in the home office who are in charge of inventory, customer service, tech services, etc. It is easy to call upon these people when you need resources. Quality is a big focus for this company, so you aren't finding yourself dealing with recalls. You just get to focus on sales and service.
Cons
They could come to the table with technology a bit faster. It is a balance though, between speed to market and quality long term.
