Pros

Flexible schedule Good coworkers That's it

Cons

You could work your hardest here and never be acknowledged. The amount of misogyny is unreal. Women are talked over & not valued at all. Male managers get all the credit for the work they have done. Management doesn't know the first thing about their employees lives, nor do they care. The managers manage upwards, not downwards. Very unstable job environment. Complete lack of care & respect. The CEO is awful.

Pros

-A handful of great coworkers who are the only reason anyone stays as long as they do. -Flexible schedule, dependent on who your manager is.

Cons

-CEO takes all the credit, none of the responsibility. Anytime something goes right, he’s the first to step in and claim it was his vision. But when it comes to the company’s current mess? Suddenly it’s “other people,” “previous leadership,” or “market conditions,” even though he’s been here 15+ years and held power every step of the way. -Micromanagement to an extreme. Instead of focusing on strategy, growth, or actually leading, he obsesses over pointless SOPs—like detailed instructions on how to take PTO. -Quarterly reviews that mean absolutely nothing. We’re required to fill them out every quarter, but they have zero impact on career development, raises, promotions, bonuses, or even basic acknowledgment. It’s basically busywork to make leadership feel like they’re “doing performance management.” -Raises? Nonexistent. Even if one person is doing multiple different jobs due to people quitting or being laid-off. -Could go on and on, but what's the point when nothing will change anyways.
