Pros
Colleagues were approachable, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. I also appreciated the level of responsibility and trust given, which helped me develop both technically and professionally. As with many firms, there were busy periods and times when workloads could be demanding, but that comes with the nature of the work. Overall, it was a valuable experience and a good place to build skills, especially early on in your career.
Cons
Growing pains of a mid to large firm with PE backing, the firm has big dreams but not the internal logistics to facilitate such expansion (yet). Greater pressure on billing/utilisation comes with such growth.
