Pros

Quiet office. Not too stressful day to day.

Cons

In a company wide meeting that they announced almost 30 million dollars profit they also said they did not meet their expected projections and therefore NO end of year bonus would be forthcoming.

BKV reports out on specific marketing revenue goals which we measure ourselves by. This measurement incorporates new project wins with projects billed to over multiple quarters and years, thus creating carry-over. This is not related to profitability and what our staffing revenue model reads. We describe the difference between the two each time we present our financial metrics and we will continue to make clear in order to eliminate confusion such as this.
