      Hard to say. Given how toxic the culture is here nothing is worth it.

      Cons

      CEO is manipulative and retaliatory. The entire company is rife with a culture of blame, no one takes responsibility for anything out of fear.

      Clear goals and objectives; unique business model; fun startup environment; invites to fun industry parties; work with cool clients; opportunities to shape the future of the company

      Some other employees don't pull their weight; high turnover (maybe not a bad thing though - management cuts people if they don't do their jobs)
