We cannot see each other so much

BLAZE is a great company to work for and has a great leadership team. They are a remote-first company and offer good benefits. Even though most of the company is remote, there is a strong sense of culture with monthly virtual town halls, fun slack channels, and company swag for staff members. They care about their employees and give them the opportunity to grow in their careers. Highly recommended.

Not really many cons. Maybe once COVID passes more company-wide in-person events, but they've already made mention of this for the future.
