Multiple round of layoffs. No job security. Treating employees like dirt. No focus on product, Service Now eating up bmc all clients. Too many boot lickers has reached top management. There was loyalty retention bonus which has been removed. There is no respect for people who can get the work done. Only to focus is on who can write good email take other person credit. Too much of woke culture.
