Pros

- Remote work is allowed - Decent Benefits - Junior roles are paid below market value but Senior roles are paid a fair value.

Cons

- Incompetent Senior and mid level management with zero idea on how to steer the ship around. - 10-15 years behind their agency competitors when it comes to Digital, client services, tech & marketing - Client retention is an issue. Clients are packing up and either going in-house or moving towards new agency of record who can deliver better client services or performance results. - Continual layoffs has created uncertainty amongst current employees. - Lack of cultural diversity. So If DEI is important to you, just know you won't find it at BMG360.

Pros

They let you work from home 1-2x a week

Cons

The company suffers from an extremely toxic culture and poor leadership that fails to value or support its employees. Turnover is alarmingly high, and the frequency of layoffs over the past year has created a constant sense of instability. Despite promises of growth and advancement, opportunities rarely materialize, and employees are often overworked without recognition or promotion. There are serious ethical concerns as well—individuals with documented histories of sexual harassment continue to be employed, creating an unsafe environment for many. Leadership is in constant flux, with three different CEOs in just two years, further contributing to the company’s lack of direction and long-term vision. Compensation is below industry standards, and there is little transparency or accountability at any level. Overall, this is not a company that fosters professional development, prioritizes employee well-being, or upholds ethical standards.
