Reality under the surface - Anonymous employee BMO Financial Group Employee Review

They are completely focused on increasing revenues of the bank with zero regard for their employees. I am currently on a team where the bank had fired 5 employees on the team with zero heads up for my colleagues in one day. They came in at 830 am and were informed that "their position was eliminated" and were forced to leave the premises by 11am. I promise that I am someone who always tries to look at life in a positive view, but the things I have experienced at this bank during my time here has been incredibly disappointing to say the least.
