Great benefits and tons of PTO and sick time Decent bonus at the end of the year Easy to get time off
Cons
Very high workload/50-80 calls a day. Calls are back to back there is rarely any time in between calls. Raises are small, maybe a few cents to a dollar. Career advancement opportunities but not to far you can go without a degree. I recommend this job for someone looking to go into the customer service field that just wants to gain experience
