Pros
Pay is solid. There are great people that work here, including direct managers. Work/Life balance is ok, could be better.
Cons
Upper management can't manage people. Will make passive aggressive insults through public emails and demean you by saying to your face you aren't promotion material. Reorg is happening soon. Maybe it will fix management issues. Upper management likes micromanaging. It's caused everyone at work to want out. This role doesn't do just forensics. It's 80% UEBA/15% pulling logs, 5% actual forensics work. If you are looking for strictly forensics, I'd look else where. Upper management will not let you know things to fix until yearly reviews. Would not deal with managers that act this way. Not much opportunity to go up here.
