At BMS International the “novelty center” of your brain is always active! Change is the one true constant in our business model, and all this calls for a certain flexibility and adaptability that makes the work very stimulating. The workload is there, no doubt, but the management truly values people on a personal level, which makes hard days just as great; company lunches, recognising birthdays, team buildings and celebrating actual achievements. I relish that BMS is not paternalistic, and allows freedom to perform my tasks and responsibilities. I really appreciate the autonomy I have and the possibility to innovate and test new things! Personal progress and life long learning within my job is a luxury. (Yes!, We have at our disposal numerous trainings, books, podcasts that the company offers without any stipulations). Stuck on a problem? The team is here! I feel great working with a wonderful team that believes in sharing knowledge and growing together. With no selfish agendas! Along with serious work, the fun is also there! :)

Repetitive tasks (few) at times, but eventually they are unavoidable. And finding new/ strategic approach is what makes us better!
