Transparent decision making. Management give regular updates to staff about where the business is focussing their attention. Very good working conditions, regular office upgrades, great employee benefits including bonuses for all everyone in any career level. Being an employee benefits trust means that everyone benefits from a dividend each year too. Many committees set up like the Employee Engagement Group to give employees a voice to share ways to make the working environment better. Excellent work life balance. Genuinely flexible, with trust to work in a way that suits.

Changes in systems and processes can take some time. But acknowledge this is happening to make it easier to do business.
