* No project worth investing your SW kill or time, as SW skill is not appreciated, since its more of a managerial politics company, with managers with no technical skill. Even Project Owners are not technical enough, so there is no scope of any professional learning or growth * Total managerial politics and management wastign your time with shifting projects * Incompetent employees with near zero SW skills recruited from India/Romania for cheap labour and my salary was compaired with them. * BMW is a dying incompetent company, run away from it. * HR was terrible and they don't respond to emails.
