Decent and consistent schedule. Was able to help employees and build relationships.
Cons
Management seriously needs some work. Many areas in the HR services department went neglected due to management prioritizing other teams/areas. No real development and no real feedback from managers. Position was overlooked but it was key to day to day operations.
