Almost everything is wrong with this company. Management lacks direction, behaves submissively toward their German counterparts at BMW, and has no clear long-term vision. Furthermore, some managers are openly rude to employees, taking advantage of the fact that this is currently one of the few automotive companies hiring in India. There is no future here for a skilled engineer. Many of us were hired for specific roles, only to be reassigned to completely different teams upon arrival. Additionally, while they expect incoming candidates to join within 30 days, they refuse to shorten the rigid 90-day notice period by even a single day for departing employees. My advice is to stay away. There are far better companies out there offering superior work, better management, and higher compensation.
