Just because they have those 'pros' externally, does not mean they have the best internal presence. They claim to have an 'open door' policy but this is not always true.
Management is not on the same page and there are a ton of meetings but have slow to no outcomes. Most meetings are just the executive team making a plan, but they are poor to relate information down the latter.
Their Core Values are great, but not always followed.
Very male dominated environment.
They are growing FAST, which is good in many ways but also a huge Con for employees, vision is often shadowed by the new "shiny objects'.
They recently hired HR, which has changed their culture completely! Rules apply to some people but not others.
