Pros
Time Flexibility: I am part time and they are very flexible with the hours i work. I essentially got to pick my own schedule and work when i can. Great Work Environment: I have had an awesome experience with everybody at BNG so far. Everybody is nice, happy, and motivated employees! Great Core Values: The core values are great and people are recognized on a daily basis for following them. Culture: Yes there are slides, gym, basketball court, ping-pong tables, and free digital barista coffee but that's not culture. The culture of this place is second to absolutely nobody. The infectious vibes of happy hard-working people is outstanding.
Cons
Shifting: There can be times where there are challenging shifts that have to be made at BNG. In a fast growing company we tend to outgrow facilities and software programs we are using fast. If you are a person who likes to do the same old thing over and over again, this may not be the most suitable place for you. But, if you like a challenge and don't like to be complacent, welcome home!
