Where do I begin? Any “corporate”office that chooses to keep employing leadership after sexual harassment allegations were proven, leadership that manipulates sales to benefit themselves while certain team members, women in particular, are forced to quit due to discrimination…..absolutely disgusting. 5 female employees spoke up about concerning issues that were needing to be addressed and they were ignored time and time again. Never in my life have I ever worked for such a dishonest, misleading and corrupt organization. The job market is absolute garbage right now and many individuals are stuck in this place. The pay is dehumanizing especially for the women that show up and do their jobs well. We are watched like hawks, we have no privacy. The teammates work on top of one another in an office that has MORE THAN ENOUGH SPACE to have space of their own!! The pay and compensation DOES NOT REFLECT ON THE PEOPLE THAT ARE ACTUALLY WORKING AND DOING WHAT IS EXPECTED. To make the money we do in this extremely costly economy is literally next to nothing. Lastly, every person on the leadership team over the sales department needs to be fired immediately for the amount of BS they continue to bestow on their employees and have gotten away with it!!! So much more to say but hopefully this is a good starting point if you are reached out to for future employment.
