I was given lots of responsibility at an early stage. My co-workers were very all very helpful and there was a great team-spirit. I was given plenty of opportunity for professional development and was given a lot of support by my boss. The wage was decent considering the amount of work and the managers were very generous concerning paying overtime. If Fortis survive the current economic crisis I would most definitely consider going to work for them in the future.
