      Cons outweigh pros. Free coffee and general benifits like all other companies.

      Cons

      Micromanagent all day. Pay is not upto market standard. 4 days in office and they wont care if it affects your heath. Work stays same with minimal changes. Its hard to sell yourself after working here due to limited skills you develop.
