BNY Mellon typically hires young people in the space; so, you often get slot of energy in the Work place. Located right down town under the T station. Solid 9-5 for the most part.
Cons
Absolutely a sweat shop of sorts. Falling behind in the market value for entry level college educated peoples. Typically will pay 30% less than the market average. High turnover and a very fast paced environment from the moment you walk in to around lunchtime. Very little room for error in the work space— so, be prepared to be challenged for very little compensation.
