Bank of New York Mellon is a recognized company, where it can help me when I begin to job search after my first year of experience after graduating from my ungrad.
Cons
Underpaid. Talking to other recruiter, base pay is at least $10,000 off, which is quite a large amount to underpay employees. Lack of training for some new employees, and when new employees do not understand the job, it is a very hard process to get rid of them.
