Never hated a company like I hate BNY Mellon - Anonymous employee BNY Employee Review

In 20 years of my career, I have never hated any company like I hate BNY Mellon. A total dictating culture. They took away bonus they promised and claimed that’s because you were rated as below expectation, even when you have already worked very hard. They took away work from home even that’s the setup when signing the contract. They force you to resign so they don’t need to pay a package. No dignity! Hard to believe we work for a big company. A big wave of people resigned voluntarily. I will resign soon because I’d rather leave this sh*thole then staying there suffering everyday. For anyone who consider working here, please read the reviews carefully.
