      Pay was good. The cafeteria was good. Decent coffee. I was in an older room with big desks.

      Cons

      Worst place I have worked with the worst employee churn I have personally witnessed. Some other departments looked possibly better though.

      No finger pointing, no micro managing, opportunity to work in multiple capacities in addition to your role, 401k, home buyer program

      No accountability for lack of adherence to deadlines or stage gates if it’s not client facing in fund & investor solutions technical platform
