      Pros

      Great colleagues. Everyone knew Me and I knew everyone. I was everyone's go to person for solutions.

      Cons

      Everything else. Upper management didn't care about anyone but their wallets. Penny pinching was their specialty. Could have a great review and will only get a 1% raise and the bonuses, if given, were a joke.
