      Pros

      Opportunities to move within company if you don't enjoy current position. Pay is competitive for job title. Decent benefits. People are good. First line managers are great.

      Cons

      Not an enterprise view. Siloed work environment. Upper management could be better. They are invisible basically. Work desk area is poor. Slow moving projects.

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
