Pros
Like everywhere, the place is full of great employees trying to do their best in a tough environment. The WFH balance isn't too bad but expectations vary greatly depending on your line manager.
Cons
No clear strategy from the Exec. Constantly flip-flopping between strategies. They will communicate one thing and then ask you to work on something that has no alignment. Annual bonuses and payrises are well below industry standard.
