- Good pay masters - On time salary - Leaves -

- Stressful job - No job security ( one can be fired anytime, especially if you question your senior) - No growth - No appreciation - They pay high but once you are asked to leave you won't find any job - Tedious approval and internal process - Don't expect any good hike - People (that's the major challenge) - Disparity in pay packages - Favoritism I haven't gone through all of the above issue but have seen this on one or other instances. And would ask anyone joining here to consult a few people as "REPENTING" after joining won't help as you will be left with no choice.

Too Many to mention, Highly stressful and Dictatorship kind of leadership, They don't appreciate your good work and try to make money form employees leaving the organization. In india entire operations is ruled by only 2-3 peoples who are free to do anything whereas very strict down the line.
