Call centre from hell - avoid! - Appointment Adviser BPAS Employee Review

Poor training, very unprofessional staff in BIC at Stratford-upon-Avon. Deliberately intimidating new starters by backstabbing and negative feedback from managers. Very inflexible - won't change hours once assigned to shifts. Salary is very poor and takes years to climb to decent salary (if your face fits).
