      - Really fun, kind people - Small company, so you can know everyone easily, giving a tight-knit, family feel - Keen and knowledgeable on learning theory and application

      Cons

      - No real support staff, so you must take care of little tasks that can eat up lots of time - Little formalized knowledge management processes, so some good ideas and lessons learned are not recorded and reused.

      Dear poster, I think you might have posted on the wrong "BPI" company page (same acronym, different company). Our company has never had a team in Los Angeles.

      Pros

      I was hired as a part-time freelancer, and it has been great. Instantly, the entire team (from interns to the partners) included me and have been extremely helpful in making sure that I get settled in and understand BPI's core elements. I also like that the team is always looking for ways to be better internally and externally.
