BPI group has made great strides in its own transformation! The management team is working very hard and in a cohesive way to bring to life the tremendous opportunity this firm has to grow it's U.S. business and be a significant force in the HR and management consulting world. Employees have many opportunities for career and professional growth in the firm and have fun in the process. Having been here several years now, I see the positive effects of the changes that have been underway in the past six months.

Need to work on improving our benefits and expanding our sales footprint.
